Google is better than Bing Chat

Google has announced their AI chat called Brad and it was the biggest fail for google. It gave wrong answers on the stage. After some time many people criticized and joked. Google stocks have been dropping and investors say that the emergency announcement was the wrong decision. These are all the bad stories that happened but still, Google is the Winner against Microsoft Bing Chat.

Let’s make Google Dance – Satya

After the Microsoft Bing Chat Announcement, I had to join the Waiting list and I have been using Bing Chat for a couple of weeks for my university assignments, brainstorming ideas for blogs, and just making fun with AI and tricking it.

Microsoft Edge as the Default Browser

I have switched to Bing (Microsoft Edge) since gaining access to Bing Chat. I have been using it for a couple of weeks, and the more I use Bing Chat, the more I like it.

Bing Chat helps me complete assignments, brainstorm ideas, write emails, and much more. I have also used Bing for general queries that I usually Google daily, and it performed decently.

However, since they are AI trained by large language models, they make mistakes. In earlier versions, it had some mistakes with specifications when I asked about Samsung S23 Ultra vs iPhone 14 Pro Max, but now it is showing the right information.

Microsoft Bing Chat had many limitations. After their limited preview, Microsoft decided to stop the loop question after eight and start a new conversation because, in their testing, they found that asking for continuous loops of questions in Bing Chat was confusing to give accurate answers.

Yes, it is learning and training with the latest data.

But…

The more I use Bing search, the worse my experience becomes. I particularly hate the UI and the box-type design, which looks odd to read. Even the search results are not accurate, and some of the sources are not familiar or top in their niche.

The more I use Bing Chat, the more I like it. However, the more I use Bing Search, the more I hate it.

Bing has a very low market share, and the algorithm was not up to date in filtering to show the best SEO sources.

Google Brad

Yes, it has not yet been read and released. It is not meant to make a strong judgment. However, I can say that based on their search terms and large data modules, Google has over 92% of the search market. That means out of over 100 users, more than 92 use Google, while the rest use Bing, Duck Duck Go, Yahoo, and others.

Google’s strong algorithm makes it the leader in search. Google is constantly updating its algorithm to provide the most accurate search results. I hardly see any spam sources promoted in my search.

So why did Brad fail?

Bing Chat was sourced from ChatGPT, which is owned and developed by OpenAI. OpenAI has been working on it for years, and it was finally launched this year.

Meanwhile, Google has announced that they have received a red signal for the company because of ChatGPT, and more people have been using it than Google in the last few weeks since its release. So the founder came back and has been working on Brad for a few weeks or at most 2-3 months.

Therefore, there will be a difference between a company that has been working for a couple of years and a company that has spent only a few weeks on it.

More people use search engines than AI chatbots for general queries and for more in-depth information. AI only provides the context of what you asked, and if you want to get more information, you need to search. Therefore, you can review hundreds of websites and articles where you can find more information.

In my opinion, once Google publicly launched its product after developing it, I think most people shifted to Google which had previously used Bing.
