Realme C30 was a pure entry model phone. People who buy the phone mostly may be first-time smartphone users or elder people.

Display and design

The Realme C30 has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with 720 x 1600 pixels, a 20:9 body ratio, and immersive viewing angles.

The Ultra-Slim stripe design was featured on this Dual-Sim phone. The Realme C30 is 8.5 mm thick and weighs around 182 g. Because the internal storage is just 32GB, the Realme C30 has an external storage option. Realme C30 also has an all-time favorite headphone jack also.

As a result, you may download your favorite songs and movies and enjoy them offline as well.

Here is the review and my initial impression of realme’s latest device Realme GT Neo 3

Camera and Battery

This phone has a single rare camera as well as a selfie camera.

  • 13MP Rear Camera
  • 5MP front-facing camera

Both cameras record at 1080p@30fps, and I’d say they’re not the best cameras for the money. (The best alternatives are listed below.)

Rare 13MP comes with f/2.2 (wide), Auto Focus, LED flash, HDR, panorama, and other features that will lead to better performance during the day but will fail at night.

The selfie 5MP camera has f/2.2, (wide), 1/5.0″, 1.12Β΅m, and HDR support for better selfies in daylight.

Battery

Realme C30 has a huge 5000mAh non-removable battery and supports up 10W charging.

As a result, you don’t need to charge the phone frequently or worry about battery drain while on the phone, watching a movie, playing a game, taking an online class, or doing other things. Aside from that, the phone runs Realme UI, which is based on the Android 12 operating system and provides a clutter-free user interface.

Performance and Alternatives

Realme C30 comes with Unisoc Tiger T612 which was a 12nm processor. It has Octa-core (2×1.8 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6×1.8 GHz Cortex-A55) CPU and Mali-G57 GPU.

Keeping all the numbers aside this was a pure entry-level processor which works fine for very basic activities. This is not for gaming and many frames drops will happen even for simple games like Subway Surfers.

Helio G85 was the best alternative processor for this phone.

From these scores, we can see that Helo G80 has better performance that Unisoc Tiger T612.

Price

2GB RAM+ 32GB Storage = Rs. 7,499

3GB RAM+ 32GB Storage = Rs. 8,299
